Now let’s begin by explaining what a fully responsive website is: It is simply a website that can be easily viewed across many devices.
Most websites look great on computers, but some websites just look off when you visit them with a large monitor or with high resolution. If you even dare to browse these sites with your smart phone or tablet you are probably in for a difficult experience. This is where Responsive Design comes into play.
Fully responsive websites resize and reshape their layout, menus, images, etc.. to best accommodate browsing on various devices.
